Are You Teaching Grace and Courtesy in Montessory?
School is like a social playground for on to try things out. Children have an absorbent mind, so they'r picking things up without even having to consciously learn them. And when conflict does arise, children are quite well equipped to be able to discuss it amongst themselves and come up with their own solutions. It doesn't happen too often in montesory class rooms all the time but we're trying to change that. The thing that is different in a monastery classroom than in other schools i worked at is bullying actually is such a common thing in schools. It is rampant. So therefore, you need to stop the bullying.
