I'm strongly, iin favor of bills and state legislatures that have codified first amendment protections. What you're doing is sort of a belton suspenders approach on on the constitution,. Both the legislature and the courts have obligations to uphold and defend the constitution. So the idaho law is the closest thing that i have come to something that replicates constitutional protections. These other laws do not do that. They do not replicate constitutional protections.
