Andre Lugovoy and Sasha Berrizovsky met at a party 10 months ago. The pair have been working with private intelligence companies that have sprung up in the wake of Russian money. Today they've got a meeting with Eriny's International, a security firm with links to Gazprom Russia's biggest energy company. But Lugovoy is not really here for the meeting - he has brought with him a small vial of colourless liquid.
