The Immediate Benefits of Using Something Human

One of the clearest ways that it's helping em is what's called emotion granularity. You're actually a learning to label emotions, and you're learning ne emotion vocabulary. And then later on in the curriculum, um, you're actually learning concrete regulation strategies. So we're kind of adding this layer of emotional benefit to what's already happening.
