Is There a Hierarchy Lather?
There is certainly a pressure to ascend, I guess, as you were calling it. And that's through a hierarchy lather. But the thing about working as a creative person is that there at worst, there should be two ladders to cry, right? One of them is upwards in the form of hierarchy. The other is continuing to build things, but getting better and better at building things. It's almost like the heroes journey of a developer or an engineer.
