How Do I Know if This Study Is Legitimate?

There's no one simple trick to know if it's good or not. You have to have a basic working knowledge of how evidence works, how scientific evidence works. A lot of crap comes out of the cockroof reviews. So you can't just go by the public, the publication. It's such a hard thing about reading complicated scientific literature. At a certain point you have to kind of have done the work to be a scientist to be able to read. Completeness. And that's almost every, right. Almost everybody is non qualified and you have to defer to the experts. Right.
