A lot of times people try to fix the weight loss by just adding more exercise. But when we just add more exercise and we're not looking at our intake, our appetite goes up. And so then we end up just eating back the extra that we burn. So I like what you said your current balance is now,. It sounds like strength training is three times a week. And then we've got this couple of times of swim and a few times of spinning.
