There is a big gap in having messages that are tailored to fit with older people's well of concern. Imagine the untold millions of people who could be engaged on this issue, but aren't - simply because of the broad assumption that they don't care. That is a lot of wasted opportunity. We are not actually looking at a generational problem. We are looking, he says, at a gen rational thinking problem.
