What we think is that seeing somebody on Zoom does sort of make you feel connected. If you see a good friend on Zoom, like my college friends have been having Zoom video conference check-ins. And I think that you get some oxytocin, boost and dopamine and good happiness hormones are sort of moving around in your body when you do that.
