A neuroscientist at MIT did this fascinating study, and it's the first time that anybody had actually shown this to be true. What we think is that seeing somebody on Zoom does sort of make you feel connected. If you see a good friend on Zoom, like my college friends have been having Zoom video conference check-ins. And I think that you get some oxytocin, boost and dopamine and good happiness hormones are sort of moving around in your body when you do that.
