Book Review: Oceana
The sooner we realize that nature is part of us, the easier it will be to begin thinking about protecting it. We feature aa photographer by the name of james baylog who established the extreme ice survey and photographed the disappearance of many, many glaciers around the world over a period of 13 or so years. A composer was inspired to write a symphony called oceana after she learned how noise pollution interferes with echo location of whales and dolphins. The same with the inupiat. People need to know how our habits are affecting the ocean.
