Justin: I wonder if there's a part of the world that just simply has blinders on to, because it's not JavaScript. Or because it's Ruby and that isn't cool anymore. We joke about this sometimes internally at my company. But now today we're probably more Ruby developers getting paid to write Ruby applications than any other time in our history. Justin: It is a test up speed for us to upgrade from Rails 3 to 7 and get like a whole new knowledge base. That's actually done a lot of double-digit upgrades over four years.
