What's the Difference Between Proliferation and Non-Proliferation?

Non proliferation means not making any more nuclear weapons. Proliferation just mean not to continue doing a thing. Bellicose is like, why are you bucking at me? You know? It's like, come at me, bro energy. So essentially, its like, we're the club. We're the only ones that get the toys.
