The Black Market Economy and the Immigrant Community

In California and a lot of the immigrant communities, there are billions of dollars that are not tax. Three miles from my home, there's going to be 5 to 10,000 people on a Sunday morning buying everything for cash. The whole black market economy is getting huge. And when he says 88,000 IRS agents, I don't think he's going to go after the very wealthy... He's going to target the middle class person that keeps records.
