How to Automate Saying Thank You

I don't have kids. So I also don't have the answer. It's definitely a touchy subject and you listen to like people like Gary Vannerchuk, who shout family first,. But that guy's like not actually home a whole lot. He's working 16 hours a day. And he like goes home for like an hour and stuff like that. That's really why I've put the time and the long hours into this thing initially, is so that I can build a really nice family life for myself. Do you have any hacks that you've used or systems that you've implemented besides your email management system that can help you work more efficiently?
