The expected life of a corporate executive is very short, and so they don't have a lot of time to prove their skill. How does the market create enough space for leaders to make the kinds of changes that are going to lead to these healthier corporations in a healthier planet and healthier societies? Well, i do think boards are absolutely getting more active in this set of issues. I think g will change in thes and we were already seeing that. Weare sos that are willing to step up and take a stand, are actually beinge rewarded, not punished, both by their boards and by their investors.
