China is putting at sea roughly every four years the combined British and French navies. China has two aircraft carriers, even if some of them are pretty old. There's probably 12 Chinese destroyers ready to go today - which is a big number. Dom says this is purposeful: Beijing wants to be prepared for a fight close to home,.
