The Importance of a Good Diet

If you are overweight and looking at your food, it's not doing you well. You're not getting a lot of satiety for all the calories you're getting. Even on top of a diet, even if you are getting some sort of, you know, not like a crazy thought experiment of just watermelon,. But if you're eating, that's what I'm saying, you need to think of it in the dietary context. That's kind of what you're saying is you can find out what foods are not serving you well.
