In Washington, there's like five or six surplus counties. Seattle gets about a 65 cents back from the state for every dollar that we send in this majority of the state budget comes from here. And I want to tell you, when you go out there and you talk to voters, my God, do they resent the way Seattle is sucking them dry? Yeah. We have not done well in finding ways to link the economic interests of lower and middle income people in cities and rural residents.
