How to Gain Confidence Before You Start
Erica, I think a lot of this also can have to do with but not always our age. Like it takes a lot for me to feel like, Oh, I am confident doing this. So one of my mantras in life and it still serves me to this day is start before you're ready. Experiment, test, try stuff because you will actually gain confidence as a byproduct of doing things of engaging.
