How to Balance Volatility in the Markets

I don't think humans have changed much over the last few thousand years and I don't see them changing in the future. So as long as those behaviors show up in stock prices, momentum should continue to exist and persist. And now what about volatility? As we've seen the last few weeks, the markets have been incredibly volatile. How do you balance that out? We just keep, we stick to the process. But yeah, when you look at the weekly, you don't get a spooked by some of the, the market action.
