Scheduling k isn't big eit's its a massive component like being fresh enough to actually execute those sessions. Program them in first, get the spacing right, then go for the biggest volume. Every other little top up ride or top up run is just additional caes that if you can get the work done, they're the one's to go. Effort starts with 30 seconds and goes from there. Hartright doesn't move really well until he gets his effort under control. You should be seeing some of your best efforts at around 70-80%. If you're not working on it hard enough, becase  your body hasn't been seeping out all this energy
