The Seven Core Emotions of the Brain

When we're in these different states, we access different areas of our brain. Playfulness was one of Jack Pangsep's core emotions. We talk about it a lot in education to improve student learning. As an adult, the challenge is really to take away the environment of play but maintain the personality or the emotion of play.
