How to Train a Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Grade Kid

"There's no fast track to this, right? There's no hack. You can't read your way out of this," he said. "Train the 12 year old little kid that's never played a sport ... Train the 75 year old retired person that's got a knee replacement" If you can teach an 8th grader how to shoot pretty well,you can probably teach an NBA athlete how to shootpretty well,. He added: "I'm thankful for is I allow that, you know, time to happen."
