You Don't Care Whether the Product Is the Same or Not

If two people have the same product and you assume the decision is going to be made on price, someone will pay you more because you represent the product that's the same as everybody else's. I buy it from you because there's something you bring the other salesperson doesn't bring. The only one whose opinion matters in this, whether it's good or bad is the person you're selling to. And so, you've got to make sure you know that not about what your competitor stuff is, but your stuff also.
