There's nothing inherently wrong with doing some simple activity on your phone or the computer either. My road activity that I turn to is this anagram game. And it just gives my mind a kind of break, but I'm very lightly engaged. The problem is when we get stuck, when we go into a rabbit hole with these games. You have to be very strategic and you have to make sure to limit your time when you do it.
