Is There a Project in the Caribian?

CNN's John Defterios looks at the potential for desalination projects in North America. He says there are a number of companies that could help save water, but they're only ten per cent of what is used. The public won't want to give up their water use and will lobby on behalf of big corporations who need it most, he says. But if we don't find ways to optimise our water supply, things like wild life issues may not be able to get much relief from rising sea levels.
