I believe very firmly that there is a huge opportunity within particularly large or more disjointed or siloed organizations to reassign training and development budget. And we're looking at turning it into an app based platform that is able to unite and take people through a process. You know, that coaching culture, if you can really create that very, very strongly with an organization, that organization can benefit in the way that a sports team benefits by harnessing their own abilities.
