The Slowdown in Demand for Hard Money Lending
Ryan: I think we've seen the demand side come down a little bit with people that are wanting money for that. One of the things that's interesting with our model is we have financial investors that actually fund 100% of the deal. We match up people with money with people that want money and have underwriting criterias. Most of our deals are taken down by an individual or an LLC or an investment of their own rather than like a big fund.
