The Power of Power Shell

Gat o'm a share point guy. It's nearly as old my blord am buth. The object oriented bit is really were all of the the power and the tasty flavor of power shell comes from it. When you run anything in power shell, you don't get splatterings of text back. You get this ball of objecty goodness that you can make decisions based on what's in that object or do actions based on that ject. And once you really get your head wrapped around that, then you can start filtering by you now only getting webs that have a certain template, or owned by a certain person, or recrated after rtain date.
