Routines and planning will show you two most bang for them. We want to weave in structure wherever possible. Of course have an executive function deficit like an ADHD. That's because we need it so much. Structure, structure, structure. It looks different in every setting but whenever we can weave in structure and take a lot of that challenge off the parent it's really helpful. Lots of love, lots of accountability.
