There's a sense of having to get away to look back on Ireland properly. Martin McDonough speaks about art in ways that I find highly authentic, he says. Irish we put away a proper weight in comedy as well with comedians and comedic writing in general like and it has to Jewish people as well in the States. There's kind of something crazy and disproportionate about that as well which doesn't come from the weather.
