Damien: We've done a really great job of addressing the potential benefits of investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion training for yourself. What would you say the potential risks are of not investing in yourself in that way? Damien: Depending on what level you're at, it could be like, let's say you're a CEO and you're a founder, that's going to impact your company's bottom line. If DEI doesn't show up in an authentic way, that can impact your interactions with your customers.
