The question is, how much value, or what is the benefit of doing all this personalization? And the opinions here differ a lot, and it's very hard to quantify that. Having personalized at profiles can, of course, be beneficial for smaller companies. In general, like the bird watching example, if you have a great sight that's highly targeted that way, it's an opportunity for an ontrapenur to connect with that audience.
