How to Control Your Breath

When we do sitting meditation, the first thing we automatically should do is what the awareness of respiration is. But there's two ways tome. Ultimately, there's only one way to do this. How wat we what we usually do is that you try to control your breath. Whereas you should be able to just watch the movement of breath as it's happening. Even the most advanced meditat meditation practitioner still have the wandering mind. They still have that sense of being aware but with a tendency to control.
