CAR-T in Early Relapse and Refractory Disease

I think what is very important is to discuss CAR-T early on nowadays. But there are still patients quite difficult to manage here. So maybe when by specific proof, maybe we can improve the eligibility for CAR-T. We don't have to oppose these drugs. Maybe, you know, a wiser management.
