Book Review - Is This a Novel?
The book is written in third person. It's not said I meet Dan's wife and then I go drink wine and tour the house, it's Alice walks up to the woman in red. As a reader, you're like, oh, that's Dan's wife. And then Alice goes, do I know you? Yeah. So for me, there is a kind of a hint that maybe it's a different person, but it's the same person. There are a few points like this where you are made to be a close like family member or a friend of Alice... even though it's third person, really well done.
