The norm is working until you're 65 and then retiring with a four o one k. I don't think we're going to see a massive decline like we saw in two thousand eight, because there was a fundamental issue in the lending criteria. As long as you've got enough buffer you can at least hold on to your properties through any sort of crash. And when it comes back up, which it always does, then you have the option to sell or not sell.
