Programming is never as clean and smooth as we pretend it is m you know, it's the metaphor of the duck. No matter how good you are programming, there will be days when there's a lot more frantic paddling than there is anything else. That's what i am doing with computers especially. I feel like when i'm doing automations and scripting and things like that, it's pretty much that same thing,. which is piecing things together to do a job. It's not necessarily a that idealized, pristine thing, ah, that i imagine programming to be - even though it's probably not.
