And so I am doing some studies where we're analyzing trials of patients that have the highest risk heart disease. So what is the best way of managing their left main disease? You can manage it with surgery, coronary artery bypass, or you can managed it with stents. There's still debate as to which is the best and what we should be doing the way forward.
