A lot of people don't realize this and this is a race class issue when I speak in South Africa. Social welfare states were done along racial lines they were for whiteness white people were being treated as crappy as anybody else. In apartheid South Africa access to so much free infrastructural stuff good health care excellent schooling all of this was being presented for whites. White supremacists were pissed off going to streets and going bug wild there's a truth in what they're saying, he says.
