clearco was unprofitable, probably losing 50 to 100k plus per month. Our balance sheet was flipped up the wrong way. We were going on this debt as well. That obviously then brought up our liabilities. And we were in essentially a position that I had to execute a company turnaround. Otherwise we were just going to have to liquidate and stop the company.
