Miklo Sr. later credited the unplanned birth of his son Mikki with saving his life. Ramona and Miklo Sr. decided to bring young Mikki to California a few months after he was born. In LA, Miklo's reinvented himself in the hospitality business. He started a Hungarian restaurant called Little Hungary. People like Marlena Dietrich and Billy Wilder hung out there.
