How Well Do the Average Scale Scores of a Player Transition to Coaching?

Ryn: The average ambition score of this group is actually only a 61. They swore very high in competitiveness, they swore very high on leader. And so that's one that i think really stands out about high level athletes. We see a pretty low score on soch and a very low score on affiliation. These are things that we see stand out as sort of behavior competencies of this group.
