When it starts dropping to the point, either at or below a number that we're concerned about for an epidural, that's when we consider treatment. But very rarely does it ultimately end up that someone can't get an epidural, or needs plate lits, or will be put to sleep verst as airing,. Or somor thy'll bleed too much, or something like that. That's very, very unusual, particularly if you're on top of it as doctors.
