Ep. 2219 The Absurd Alex Jones Trials
The Tom Woods Show
00:00
The Rights and the Wrongs of How the Case Was Handled
Alex Jones has basically been denied almost every procedural and substantive right you have to what we call an America, your day in court. He was denied entirely his right to even bring those motions because on his TV program, he was critical of the plaintiff's lawyers. So how did the court come up with that? Because the whole premise of the case was built on a caricature of Alex Jones. They had basically seven minutes of words over seven years out of a guy who published printed broadcasters spoke more than seven million words.
