How Do You Afford to Do A.B. Testing?

When you're interviewing, it's a hard exercise for people to think about how do I want to position this? There's a difference between proven hypotheses and using A.B. testing to prove each other wrong, right? Sometimes in an organization, it's like, well, you think this way, I think that way,. And that's probably not the best way to do A.B tests.
