Athletes are humans first. You can't ask someone to turn off a huge part of their life, whether it's sexism, raceism, abelism or all these different types of things and intersections that may be causing harm in their life. And we should leave this politics out of sport. Thereis always going to be issues in sport. Sport is a reflection of society. So the problems that we see on the outside world, abuse, ism, nepotism, corruption, they don't stop at the door of sport. We just need to continue to make those good doors more accessible within our community and let the others know that they're not welcome here any more.
