Moving Schools I'm So Sorry You're Going Through This

I was on this team at school that developed a bullying problem made me absolutely miserable I'm literally transferring to a different school because of it. How do you deal with the trust issues and mental health problems that come with something like that especially just having time to myself in quarantine? You never know what's gonna happen at this new school so don't spend time laying in bed staring at the ceiling wondering what’s gonna happen when you have no idea. Every shitty thing that ever happens to you anytime anybody treats you like shit in any scenario it is always a learning lesson always okay.
