I'm a political obsessive and people who listen to this will be as well. But, you know, there are millions of people out there that would never join a political party or feel that kind of emotional connection to it. I lead negotiations on behalf of 200,000 council workers across Scotland. Last year we managed to move a 2% offer, initial offer, up to more than 7.5%. No one can take that away from you. And that's why I do it.
