Al-Razali's Position on Religious Toleration

Hizali seems to be adopting for himself the authority to decide who is and who isn't within the bounds of Zannadika then. And he thinks that you can judge whether someone is in this unacceptable condition just on the grounds of what they say, presumably. That's a rather striking view. But punishing a Muslim, in this case a calm Muslim, on account of a certain position in this world, rather than the next world, was something that probably has much happened before Al-Razali.
